Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Outfielder (outfielder.io) and A Accessibility (aaccessibility.com) are services operated by Visionlight Productions Inc., Box 549, Rosenort, Manitoba, Canada R0G 1W0.

This Privacy Policy explains how Visionlight Productions Inc. collects, uses, and protects information through A Accessibility (aaccessibility.com) and Outfielder (outfielder.io).

1. Who we are

Visionlight Productions Inc., Box 549, Rosenort, Manitoba, Canada R0G 1W0. Privacy questions: support@outfielder.io.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, business name, and website address, when you request an audit, book a call, or contact us.
  • Account information, if you sign in to the client area.
  • Your website’s content and code, which we access to perform the audit and the fix work. This is business content, reviewed to do the job.
  • Media you send us for captioning, and the caption files we produce from it.
  • Barrier reports: the page address, a description of the barrier, any assistive technology you tell us about, and contact details if you choose to provide them.
  • Booking details when you schedule a call.
  • Basic technical information in server logs, such as IP address, browser, and timestamps, used for security and to operate the sites.

3. How we use it

  • To provide the audit, the fixes, the record, and the A rating.
  • To publish and maintain your public confirmation page (see section 4).
  • To answer barrier reports and log them into the relevant client’s record.
  • To communicate with you about your service.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our sites and services.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

4. The public record

Confirmation pages at A Accessibility are public by design. They show only that a record exists: the rated business’s name, the grade, the issuer, the audit and retest dates, and the status. Audit findings, scope detail, and work records are the client’s property and are not published.

5. Sharing

We share information only where the service needs it: with providers who help us run it (hosting, email, payment processing such as Stripe, and booking), limited to what they need; with the client a barrier report is about, as part of that client’s record; where the law requires it; or with your consent. The Good Faith Letter and Compliance Log for a job are provided to that client.

6. Retention

Engagement records are kept as part of the client’s record of action while the record is active, and for a reasonable period afterward. You may ask us to delete your personal information, and we will, subject to what we must keep for legal or record-keeping reasons.

7. Cookies

Our public sites do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The client area uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.

8. Security

Client work is done through named accounts with access controls, and we back up a site before changing it. No system is completely secure, but we limit access to the people and systems doing the work.

9. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the version posted here applies from the date at the top. Visionlight Productions Inc., Box 549, Rosenort, Manitoba, Canada R0G 1W0 · support@outfielder.io
